Implementation of the integrated supporting system for industrial robot cable harness packages, establishing scenario-based standardized cabling solutions

Developed specifically for the dynamic operating conditions of multi-axis robot cable harness packages, this series of cable assemblies supports mainstream industrial bus cables including DeviceNet, EtherCAT and PROFINET, which are fundamentally different from ordinary bus cables for static cabling.Maintaining stable impedance after millions of reciprocating motions, the products ensure uninterrupted bus communication and effectively prevent common failures such as conductor breakage, signal loss and intermittent communication.

All wiring harnesses adopt unified standardized coding management. The coding clearly marks connector specifications, core count, total cable length and terminal configuration. Quick selection can be realized by referring to catalogs during procurement and on-site assembly, greatly shortening the selection cycle of cable harness package solutions for automated production lines.

This series of complete cable assemblies with circular connectors is custom-developed to match multi-axis industrial robot cable harness packages, applicable to dynamic working scenarios of robots such as welding, handling, loading & unloading and new energy assembly.

The harnesses adopt highly flexible cables dedicated for robot cable harness packages, equipped with three major series of circular connectors: M8, M12 and 7/8", satisfying various requirements including sensor I/O signals, distributed remote I/O and sensor power supply.

The servo wiring harness series is fully compatible with four major imported industrial robot brands: ABB, FANUC, KUKA and YASKAWA, as well as major domestic robot brands. The products fall into two core categories: servo motor power cables and encoder feedback signal cables.

The harnesses are fitted with brand-specific standard circular connectors that perfectly match the interface specifications of each manufacturer. Constructed with special highly flexible and bend-resistant wires, the cables withstand millions of reciprocating bending cycles and fully adapt to harsh dynamic conditions involving high-frequency multi-axis swinging and continuous tension of robots.
